COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes — any paid package session can be used on any signature service: massage, sculpting, drainage, or facial.
Packages are personal and non-transferable. For gifting, use a KURE gift voucher instead.
5-session packages are valid for 3 months; 10-session packages for 6 months. Extensions are granted for verified medical reasons only.
Yes — WhatsApp us and we’ll apply the difference so you move to the 10-session tier and validity window.
Refunds are only granted for verified medical reasons, pro-rated on remaining sessions with a 10% admin fee.
